Good value. Great location if you plan to do pacific highway 1 to Big Sur. Nearby attraction elephant seal vista point. Accidentally visited and loved it. Warm welcome by the front desk. Comfortable pillow + mattress. Well maintained garden. Water pressure a bit slow but is fine.

We loved the friendly check in experience and the King room with a balcony.

This place is always great to stay in. Rooms are clean, and the location is in a great place.

This is my favorite property for the value. Easy in, easy out. Super comfortable and pleasant.

The motel is an older facility right off Hwy 1. The rooms are old but are comfortable and clean and generally well cared for. The room refrigerator is generously sized and there were adequate outlets for our CPAPs. For those that don't need fancy and prefer not to pay top dollar for a place to sleep for a night, the Silver Surf motel fits the bill. This was actually our second stay at the hotel on trips up Hwy 1. It is conveniently located several miles south of Hearst Castle and the elephant seal nursery beach.

We have stayed here many times over the years. The value is awesome and the staff has always been very helpful with any of our needs.

I've stayed at this hotel for a few weeks at a time for business trips, and I have found it consistently Clean, and comfortable. I've come to love the staff at this hotel. If you run in to a issue, I feel confident they will work something out, and I have trust in this hotel.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi.

It was quiet, clean and bed although high lol is comfortable. Like having a microwave n frig.

Quiet and staff are wonderful. Also heated pool and spa. Rooms clean and comfortable beds.

We love the fireplace room with the privacy of our own balcony. The view was awesome and was able to see the sun set both nights. We will be staying there again.
